Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Vireka (“Vireka”, “the service”), operated by Futurize Now (“we”, “us”). By using the service you agree to them.

What Vireka is

Vireka assembles competitive-intelligence dossiers on pharmaceutical molecules from public sources — including ClinicalTrials.gov, FDA datasets, PubMed, SEC filings, health-technology-assessment bodies and news — and uses automated analysis (including AI models) to summarise, classify and grade that information.

Not advice

Vireka is an information tool. Nothing in it is medical, clinical, legal, regulatory, tax or investment advice, and it must not be used to make decisions about patient care. Outputs can be incomplete, delayed or wrong — public sources contain errors and automated analysis can misread them. Verify anything material against the primary source, which we link wherever we can. Confidence grades describe how many independent sources agree; they are not a guarantee of accuracy.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Give us a real email address. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or put the service or other users at risk.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape or bulk-download the service, resell or redistribute its output as a competing product, attempt to bypass rate limits or access controls, probe for vulnerabilities without our written permission, upload unlawful material or confidential third-party material you have no right to share, or use the service to harm others. Reasonable internal use — sharing a dossier or exported brief with colleagues — is fine.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you add (watchlists, notes, uploaded files, team content). You give us permission to store and process it to run the service for you and your team. We do not sell it.

Our content and third-party data

The service, its design and its software are ours. Underlying facts come from third parties under their own terms and remain theirs; we link to sources so you can check them. Company and product names are used only to identify the subjects discussed and imply no endorsement.

Plans, payment and changes

Free use is provided as-is and may be rate-limited. Paid plans bought on our site (Analyst, Team) are subscriptions billed in US dollars, monthly or yearly as you choose, in advance, through our payment provider Stripe. They renew automatically until you cancel; you can cancel at any time from your profile (Manage billing), and access continues to the end of the period you have paid for. Fees are not refunded for a period already begun, except where the law requires or we agree otherwise. Prices exclude any taxes that apply. Pilots and enterprise terms are agreed in writing with us and prevail over these terms where they conflict. We may change the service or these terms; material changes will be notified through the service or by email, and continued use means you accept them.

Availability and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or decisions made in reliance on the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim (or USD 100 if you paid nothing). Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Ending

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account (see the Privacy Policy). We may end or suspend access for breach of these terms.
